Dress Code

     Students are expected to follow a dress code that reflects professionalism and discipline allowing teachers to see body lines and make appropriate corrections. All attire will be approved by the instructor. No t-shirts or tank tops may be worn over leotards to any class. No gym shorts or sweat pants.

 

**All students**

* Hair must be tied back and secured for class.


**No jewelry may be worn during class (earrings, watches, etc.)


**Used dance shoes for sale will be posted on the bulletin board in the front lobby. Please do not bring the shoes to the studio: fill out a card listing your name, phone number, size and type of shoe, and the amount you are asking.


**It is very important that all dance shoes, bags, etc are labeled with the student*s name.
           

 The Dancer's Warehouse is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.

BALLET, CHARACTER, & POINTE

 

Creative Movement, Level 1 & 2 - Bodysuit, pink or white tights, Pink ballet shoes, hair in a secure bun

Jr. & Sr. Classes - Black Bodysuit, pink tights, pink canvas split sole ballet shoes, hair in a secure bun

Character Class - same as above, black character heels no higher then 1 1/2"

JAZZ/TAP (all levels)

Bodysuit (any color), tan or black tights, "fitted" jazz pants may be worn

Tap shoes - Tie Taps for Creative Movement and Level 1; Leo's pull on Tap Boot,The Beat, or Split sole Capezio Tap Shoe for Level 2, Junior, and Senior

Jazz Shoes - Creative Movement and Level 1 may wear black ballet shoes or jazz shoes; Pull on Jazz Booties by Capezio or Leo's for Level 2, Junior and Senior

STRETCH & STRENGTHENING

 

Bodysuit or Half top and jazz pants, tan or black tights, jazz booties or jazz sneakers
